You will get the basic catalogue for a process audit, so that you can start with your process audits at once. The catalogue includes several Chapters and Questions and the prepared scoring.

Of course, you can adapt it to your own needs: change and create new Questions and Chapters, remove the not fitting ones – the system grows with your requirements!

PLANNING

In our Audit Planning you will assign audit teams to audit areas and the application will notify the auditors with automatically sent Outlook invitations.

Your auditors will be delighted with our App for smartphone (iOS / Android) or tablet (Windows).
The Apps are self-explaining and comfortable in use and the audit score is calculated practically online, with each answered Question.
The auditors can comment the answer with text and add photos and documents, as the proves of the fulfillment or documentation of findings.

  • Find the description entered by the auditor
  • Describe the problem
  • Enter the causes
  • Define corrective or preventive actions and assign the responsible persons – don‘t worry, they will be notified automatically!
  • Verify the results of the actions and confirm their efficacy before closing the matter!
Editing in a team, by several responsible persons, is possible. External managers can also be involved.
