Neuwied, Germany – SCIIL AG develops revolutionary software module for Visual Inspections. This allows errors on complex and multi-layered components to be recorded quickly and clearly. In addition, unlike in tables and diagrams, spatial connections between faults and components become directly visible.

An intuitive user interface enables quick visual error input using 2D or 3D views. A great advantage especially for complex products with many different components and deeply branched BOM structures.

In 3D-VI, the article structure of the component is adopted directly when importing the 3D CAD design drawing. Individual BOM levels can be revealed or hidden in the different views. This enables a clear and structured view of the component and quick and uncomplicated error input (even for concealed components).

Especially when reporting the error analysis, the 3D viewer enables a holistic view of the component with regard to recorded errors, which is not possible with normal tables and diagrams.

Thanks to 3D technology, VR/AR can also bring further benefits. Set up VR/AR meetings for your product specialists around the world or view your component from a whole new perspective.
